Like, a too much design kind of thing? I’m not really sure. She just has a big magic coat and a T-shirt... hmm. But I think I can see why. Some parts, like the ribbons and other stuff, are just placed randomly. So yeah, I get what you mean.

Pro tip: I see that there are quite a lot of holes in the dots, try to put a baking sheet on top of the perler and then iron it over the whole surface, that will make the dots look like squares, making it look more like pixel art.
Other than that, this looks pretty good!
